These 1-2-1 yoga classes are ideal for beginners, those with injuries or anyone wanting completely tailored sessions for their needs. If you are a complete beginner or have not done yoga for years, it may be beneficial to you to have some private lessons to teach you the basics of yoga before you go into a regular class. This is also a great way to ensure that you don’t injure yourself by going into poses incorrectly and it can be done in the convenience, comfort and privacy of your own home.
You may also like the idea of getting together with a few mates and having your own special session – reducing the cost and increasing the fun and sociability! Jane’s style was supportive and encouraged me to push a bit where needed but it was always clear that if I felt pain or was unable to do something I could say so and stop. I felt confident with her style of teaching and really enjoyed the sessions.
