Jane is currently running a number of yoga classes in Somerset. All classes are suitable for complete beginners and improvers and for people of all ages and abilities. Each class is tailored according to those attending and everyone will be given options to keep their yoga as gentle or to make it as challenging as they choose. However no one will ever be encouraged to take their yoga to a level where they feel pain or severe discomfort.

The groups are kept small so Jane will always endeavour to ensure each member of the group gets individual attention and assistance.  If you are a complete beginner or recovering from injury you may benefit from a 1-1 yoga session to start with. Do get in touch if you aren’t sure which would be best for you.

All classes will be made up of: yoga postures and sequences (asanas), working with the breath (pranayama), relaxation and meditation.

Prices:

90 minute classes – £8.50 drop in or £45.00 for 6 classes (valid for 8 weeks)

60 minute classes – £7.00 drop in or £36.00 for 6 classes (valid for 8 weeks)

Your first class is offered at the special introductory price of £5.00.

Gentle Yoga for beginners and improvers.

This is a 90 minute class with plenty of time for relaxation and meditation. The approach is slightly more gentle than other classes and is particularly good for anyone with back issues, injuries and general aches and pains.

Jane was an enthusiastic instructor and took time to go over the conditions I had, what might be causing them and how yoga could help. The first session was at a pace I could manage and I was surprised at what I could do and how the various movements targeted the symptoms I have.
