In just 2.5 hours you will learn many of the yoga essentials to give you the confidence to join a yoga group. The session will cover:

  • How to breathe correctly in yoga using belly, ribs and chest
  • Learning the 10 main poses that make up most yoga classes ie: Mountain, Tree, Downward and Upward Dogs, Warriors, Triangles, Forward Folds, Bridges, Child’s Pose and Corpse Pose.
  • The importance of good posture ie: shoulders down and back, chest open, straight spine and strong core.
  • Techniques to start calming the mind and relaxing the body.
