Yoga teacher Jane Hobbs currently runs five group yoga classes a week at various venues in Somerset In addition she runs 1-2-1 and small group classes – normally in people’s own homes. Her yoga classes are suitable for everyone from complete beginners to improvers and beyond. Jane is also qualified and accredited to teach pregnancy yoga and to teach mums how to do yoga and massage with their babies.
Jane’s approach is to make yoga accessible to everybody regardless of age, size or flexibility. You don’t need to be flexible to start yoga but you will see a big improvement in your flexibility with regular practice. People choose to do yoga for various reasons. You may want to increase your suppleness or improve your strength. Or you may simply want learn to be still and calm in a mad and busy world. Whatever your situation – a yoga class is the perfect solution.
Jane has been practising yoga for more than 20 years. She is a qualified, registered and accredited yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance UK. She is also a qualified Pregnancy and Post -Natal Yoga Teacher through YogaKidzworldwide. Jane moved from Birmingham where her yoga clients included the University of Birmingham Yoga Society and the staff of the Queen Alexandra College for the Blind. She also taught Hot Yoga and Core Yoga at Barefoot Yoga Studio – one of the city’s top yoga studios.
