“I have been to other yoga classes over the years but can honestly say Jane’s classes are the most enjoyable. The exercises can be quite challenging but her clear and well paced instructions mean everyone achieves. She gives one to one attention, noticing where help is needed, and creates a positive learning atmosphere.
She has a warm personality with a down to earth approach that helps us all feel comfortable and relaxed and able to concentrate on the yoga. She’s a great yoga teacher and I highly recommend her. “
