Zoom Classes – First One Free!

During the Coronavirus pandemic I am running three zoom classes per week which everyone – including those who aren’t current students – may attend. The classes cost £4.00 per session and the first session is free. As with my normal classes the sessions are suitable for most levels from beginners to improvers and intermediate levels. I give plenty of options to make your practice as challenging or gentle as you wish.

Tuesdays 11.00 am – 12 pm and Thursdays 6pm – 7pm – Regular Yoga Class

These sessions include pranayama (breath work), yoga asanas/postures (the physical bit!) and relaxation. They include all the traditional yoga poses such as Warriors, Sun Salutations and Triangle but each class will be different and will build on previous classes.

Fridays 5pm – 6pm – Stretch and More Gentle Yoga Class

These classes are a more gentle version of Tuesday and Thursday classes with the focus on stretch and relaxation. They will still work every part of the body but will not involve as much strength work. We have a longer relaxation session at the end which may include meditation or visualisation.
